Privacy Policy
The short version
VIGOR stores your data on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no advertising. We do not collect, receive, sell or share your personal information.
Data stored on your device
Your workouts, programs, measurements and settings are saved locally on your iPhone (and shared with the VIGOR Apple Watch app and widgets on your own devices). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.
Apple Health
If you grant permission, VIGOR reads cardio workouts, routes, distance, elevation, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and body weight from Apple Health to show your cardio history, recovery and training stress. It can also write body weight entries and finished strength workouts to Apple Health. This information is used only inside the app on your device. It is not sent to us or to any third party, and it is not used for advertising or data mining. You can change these permissions at any time in Settings → Health.
Camera
The optional bar-speed feature uses the camera to track the barbell. Video is analysed on your device and is never saved or uploaded.
Exporting and backups
You can export your data or create a backup from the app. The file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to send it, for example Files or AirDrop. We never see it.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Delete all local data in the app to erase everything VIGOR has stored. Deleting the app also removes its local data. Data written to Apple Health is managed in the Health app.
Children
VIGOR does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
